After a month of living with a huge hole in our living room wall and ceiling due to water damage, our insurance company finally approved our claim and we were thrilled to finally be able to fix it. At first we contacted Servpro drywall company, left messages requesting an estimate but they would not return my call for some reason. Bill with Walltech was a different story. Bill had great customer service starting from the first phone call for an estimate, to the last email he sent me with a receipt of payment. He is very friendly and replied to messages promptly, usually before the end of business day, even if it meant updating me that he'd need to get back to me later. As a consumer, any communication is appreciated, and he definitely provided peace of mind and made me feel important by not leaving me hanging like *ahem* some companies. The other reviewers were spot-on, and we are happy that we ended up with Bill as our contractor. He was able to match the drywall and popcorn ceiling to it's original state, like there was never a hole there, and it blended seamlessly with the rest of the room. We were very impressed with his work!! If you need drywall or ceilings fixed, I would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you Bill for helping give us our living room back. You're our hero!
I had removed my bathroom mirrors when remodeling and this left a lot of mastic adhesive on the walls. Bill removed the mastic and artfully retextured the wall. Bill did everything he said he was going to do, communicated quickly and very clean. I will certainly be calling him again when I need drywall and texture work!
Bill did an amazing job on our bedroom/bathroom walls!!! We couldn't be happier!!!! We had a family friend work on the drywall originally and to be honest, it was left a mess! Humps and bumps, uneven... It was so bad. Bill fixed it right up! It sounds weird to say- but he is truly a drywall ARTIST. He doesn't even sand his work.... He just molds it and it's gorgeous! Now we want all of our walls re-done by Bill!! He was also very professional, fast, honest & friendly. We would not hesitate to hire him again!
I emailed Bill with Walltech Drywall, and he responded right away. He came over the same day and gave me an estimate...The price was right, so he came over the next day which was a Saturday to do the small repair I had in my ceiling...He did a fantastic job! He also did a clean job..in fact he was so quiet I almost forget he was in the house...He's a very nice guy and very easy to work with! I would definitely recommend him. He is fast, honest and the job done was top notch!
I recently used Bill from Walltech Drywall on my custom home to drywall a large area of my entry way where I had installed a new entry door. Upon his arrival, Bill told me that due to the new framing for the door and the thickness of the new door he needed to use 1/2" drywall to ensure the reveal of the door was flush with the new drywall/texture. Bill had already brought 5/8" drywall with him and was ready to do the work. Without complaining, Bill immediately drove to Lowes to purchase 1/2" drywall. He returned and was able to finish all drywall work in one (1) day (texture included). I was amazed on the meticulous manner in which the drywall was installed and how the texture matched the existing texture of my home. Bill did not have to sand any of his work and the finish product was exceptional. I found that part of his work to be amazing.
